Mission Statement

Pulse Fitne55 was founded on a simple principle: five minutes a day, five days a week, can transform your life. Three years ago, I suffered from congestive heart failure and couldn't climb stairs without exhaustion. After years of poor habits, I knew change was necessary.

I started with just five minutes a day, 5 days a week, on a stationary bike. It was difficult, but I committed to the routine. Over time, my energy returned, my motivation grew, and I gradually increased my activity. Today, I train five days a week with cardio and weight lifting.

That first five minutes, 5 days a week, saved my life. Pulse Fitne55 exists to help others discover what's possible when you take that first step toward better health.
